Obituary of Audrey Hoagland

Audrey Faith Williams Hoagland Audrey Faith Williams Hoagland, 92, of Lynchburg passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2009 in Lynchburg Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Lester Adair Hoagland. Born June 16, 1917 in Scranton, PA she was a daughter of the late David D. and Margaret Evans Williams. She was a member of Eastern Star Chapter #72 and was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her son the Rev. Dr. David Hoagland. She is survived by her son, the Rev. Dr. Donald Hoagland and wife Evie of Hatfield, PA; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 5, 2009 at11:00 am, in Pleasant View Baptist Church with the Rev. Ricky Ewing officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 am until service time. Diuguid Waterlick Chapel (237-2722) is in charge of arrangements.
