Dear Mildred, Mrs. Marsh, Kevin and all of the Brooks family. We are really sorry about your loss of your dear loved one. We know that he is now with God in a better place with his suffering gone. We know how much his pain caused you sorrow and grief. But, God will never give us more than we can bear, and you know HE will be with you through every step in your life.Tom will always be with you also; his spirit and good will be part of you no matter where you go. Especially at First Baptist where he was totally dedicated. We know that you had hoped for more time to spend with Tom, but the time you did spend with him meant so much to him. Tom loved you all very much and we know you will miss him terribly. God gives us examples on this earth of how we should live our lives and Tom was one of the best examples I know.May God bless you and your family

Tom was one of a number ofNavy men who brought the same dedication and sincerity to their GE jobs as they did to their service. As Employee Relations Manager, I "knew" thousands of employees, but specifically recall Tom from the 1980's as an excellent employee. I hope that during his retirment years he got to enjoy his health and his family.
