Obituary of Doris Perdieu

Doris Bane Perdieu Doris Bane Perdieu, 63, of Madison Heights passed away Saturday, February 13, 2010 in Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of Charlie B. Perdieu, Jr. Born September 21, 1946 in Lynchburg she was a daughter of the late Lawrence E. and Ruth Smoot Bane. She was a member of Eastbrook Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Lena Martin Gross and two brothers-in-law, Ron Smith and Frank Blondino. She is survived by three children, Lynette P. Staton and fiance Mike Cash and Lawrence E. Perdieu all of Madison Heights and Charlie B. Perdieu, III and wife Amy of Sperryville; her sister, Ruby B. Smith of Lynchburg; sister-in-law, Martha P. Blondino of Naola; four grandchildren, Brian Scott Staton, William Grant Perdieu, Annie Isabelle Perdieu and Samuel Berkley Perdieu; one great grandchild, Jayde Elizabeth Staton and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Doris?s life and faith will be held Monday, February 15, 2010 at 2:00pm at Diuguid Waterlick Chapel with the Rev. Dwayne Tyree officiating. Interment will follow in Briarwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends today, Sunday February 14, 2010 from 3-5:00 pm at the funeral home.
