Obituary of Mary Harvey

Mary Sue Harvey, 80, of Mclean, Va. passed away Sunday, March 29, 2010 at her residence. Born in Lynchburg on November 15, 1929 she was a daughter of the late William Harvey and Francis Morisette Harvey and was the wife of John H. Getreu. Mrs. Harvey was retired Executive Secretary with the U.S. Navy Dept. and was a member of Quaker Memorial Presbyterian Church. In addition to her husband she is survived by several cousins. She was preceded in death by a daughter. A sister, Elizabeth Ann Harvey. A graveside service will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, April 2, 2010 at Presbyterian Cemetery with the Rev. Callier Harvey officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 PM today, April 1, 2010 at Diuguid Wiggington Chapel.
