Obituary of Willie Miller

Willie Coleman Miller, 83, of Lynchburg, passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Born in Campbell County on April 14, 1927 she was a daughter of the late Willie Richard Coleman and Evelyn Hall Coleman as was the loving wife of the late Francis Combs Miller. Mrs. Miller was retired from Lancaster Galleries and was a member of Euclid Christian Church. She is survived by her son, Glenn Edward Miller and his wife, Janet of Lynchburg. Two granddaughters, Kara Miller Vance and her husband, Jim of Harrisonburg and Megan D. Miller of Lynchburg. Three great grandchildren, James, Glenn and Abby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brother, William E. Coleman. A Celebration of Willie?s Life and Faith will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday, June 8, 2010 at Euclid Christian Church with Dr. Ed Parrish officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 PM today, Wednesday, at Diuguid Waterlick Chapel on Timberlake Rd., 237-2722.
