Obituary of Anita Boyer

Anita North Moore Boyer, 79, of Reston VA, and formerly of Lynchburg, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2010 in Cameron Glen Care Center after an extended illness. Born November 10, 1931 in Lynchburg, VA, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Irving and Myriam Putnam Moore. She was a retired legal secretary for Brault and Lewis Law Firm. She loved all kinds of music and played the piano and organ and loved to dance. She is survived by her son, John Jefferson "Jeff" Hooper of Fairfax, VA and her daughter, Miriam Moore of Herndon, VA; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one sister, Jean Moore of Lynchburg, VA. A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 13, 20910 at 12 Noon in Virginia Memorial Park with the Rev. Dan G. Mason officiating. Diuguid Funeral Service-Wiggington Road Chapel, 434-385-8900, is serving the family.
