Obituary of Mary Lamp

MARY BIBB LAMP Mary Bibb Lamp, 80, of Lynchburg passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Born in Lynchburg on February 6, 1931 she was a daughter of the late Bland Massie Bibb and Meta Gast Bibb. She is survived by a daughter, Rhonda L. Mason and her husband, David of Lynchburg. Two sons, Kendall L. Lamp and his wife, Beverly Binns of Richmond and Mark Hudson of Reno, NV. Two grandchildren, Larken Mason and Courtney Mason. A great grandchild, Cloey Mason. A brother, Willie M. Bibb and his wife, Jane of Lynchburg. Two sisters, Ruth B. Ballowe of Lynchburg and Shirley B. Dudley of Richmond. A niece, Roxanne Dudley of Richmond. A celebration of Mary?s life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Fort Hill Memorial Park with the Rev. Andrew P. Grose Officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Friday, June 24, 2011 at Diuguid Waterlick Chapel and other times at Rhonda and David?s home, 55 Eisenhower Dr. Lynchburg. The family suggests that contributions be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, Office of Development, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607
