Obituary of Allen Templeton

Allen Claude Templeton, 60, of Concord passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011 after a short illness. Born in Lynchburg on February 26, 1951 he was a son of Virginia (Polly) Falwell Templeton of Lynchburg and the late Curtis Terrell Templeton. Mr. Templeton worked at Heritage Hall in Brookneal and was the owner and operator of Templeton Cabinet Shop. He is survived by his wife, Holly Holland Templeton of Concord. A daughter, Sarah T. Franklin and her husband, Johnathan of Rustburg. A grandson, Wesley Aaron Templeton. A sister, Joyce T. Kannenberg and her husband, Phill of Erie, PA. and a brother, Roy D. Templeton and his wife, Reita of Lynchburg. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Allen Templeton and a brother, Terrell Templeton, Jr. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 6 to 8:30 PM at Diuguid Wiggington Chapel and at other times at Allen and Holly?s home in Concord. Funeral Services will be private. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Alan B.
