Obituary of Helen Shelton

Helen Watson Shelton, 83, of Lynchburg passed away Monday, October 17, 2011 at the Odd Fellows Home of Va. Born in Lynchburg on April 12, 1928 she was a daughter of the late Thomas A. Watson and Irma Smith Watson and was the widow of Robert Gilroy Shelton, Jr. She is survived by her son, Robert G. Shelton, III and his wife, Diane of Lynchburg. A daughter, Patricia S. Brooks and her husband, Jerry of Lynchburg. Three grandchildren, Bobby L. Shelton, Amy Martin and her husband, Jared and Larry Burchett, Jr. One great granddaughter, Mia Martin. A Celebration of Helen?s Life will be held 12 Noon on Friday, October 21, 2011 at Trinity Episcopal Church Cemetery, Coffee Rd., with the Rev. Stephen Willis officiating.
