Obituary of Sandra Johnson

Sandra Martin Johnson, 63, of Forest passed away Friday, March 23, 2012 at Virginia Baptist Hospital. Born in Roanoke on March 1, 1949 she was a daughter of Roy Martin and Doris Sloan Martin and was the wife of Truman ?Neil? Johnson. Mrs. Johnson was a graduate of North Side High School and retired from Manry-Rawls Insurance Co. as their Claims Manager. In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by a step son, Dr. Randall Johnson of Richmond. A step daughter, Susan Toney and her husband, Trey of Richmond. Two sisters, Harriet Castanes and her husband, Angelo of Lynchburg and Cynthia Jackson and her husband, Jay of Santee, SC. A step grandson, Andrew Toney. Three nieces, Brook, Alexis and Katy. A nephew, Benjamin. Very special friends, Terry Cabaniss, Frederick Fuller and Brian Cabaniss and his wife, Michelle. A Celebration of Sandra?s Life will be held 11:00 AM Monday, March 26, 2012 at Diuguid Waterlick Chapel. Interment will follow in Virginia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Sunday, March 25, 2012 at the funeral home.
