Obituary of Jeane Freeman

Jeane Elizabeth Freeman, 78, of Lynchburg, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Virginia Baptist Hospital after an extended illness. Born November 26, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Emory and Lizzie Sales Burch. She was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. In addition to her husband, Ernest, she is survived by one son, Michael ?Mike? Freeman and his wife, Becky, of Forest; two daughters, Cynthia, ?Cindy? Bumgarner, Gayle Baker and her husband, Ronald, of Lynchburg; six grandchildren, Casey Patterson, Cameron Patterson, Dana Pribble and her husband, Paul, Carrington Baker, Chad Freeman and his wife, Regan, Derek Freeman; two great-grandchildren, Emma Pribble and Hampton Freeman. She was preceded in death by one sister, Jewel Harris; one brother Earl Burch and her son-in-law Peter Bumgarner. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM in Spring Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Al Stewart officiating.
