Obituary of Anita Cline

Anita Burnette Cline, 61, of Rustburg passed away Sunday, March 2, 2008 at her residence. She was the wife of Thomas Frank Cline, Sr. Born February 22, 1947 in Roanoke she was a daughter of the late Noel Ernest Burnette, Jr. and Pauline Ervin Crump Burnette. Anita was an active member of Rustburg Chapter #23 of Order of Eastern Star and was also an active member of Quaker Memorial Presbyterian Church. In addition to her husband of 38 years Anita is survived by her daughter, Melisa C. Taylor and husband Kevin and their children Collyn and Bradley all of Irmo, SC; her son, Thomas F. Cline, Jr. and wife Julena and their children, Jonathan, Brittany and Christopher all of Rustburg; her sister, Dawn M. Burnette of Roanoke and a very special long time family friend, Carolyn Majors also of Roanoke. A funeral service will be held Wednesday 1:00 pm at Diuguid Waterlick Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Corey Ingold and the Rev. Luke Falwell. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends today from 7-8:30 pm at the funeral home with visitation starting with Eastern Star Rites. .
