Obituary of Cheryl Ann Miller

Cheryl Miller, age 61, of Lynchburg, Va, died December 5, 2023 at Lynchburg General Hospital.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her father Robert Gaines Hughes, III; her maternal and paternal grandparents, her uncle, Fraklin O'Brien Smith, Jr. and her beloved family pet, Bentley.  She is survived her son Parks Miller, his wife Rachel, and grandson Wyatt;her mother and step-father, Donna and Richard Porter; her special friend, Harold Rogers; her two sisters, Sharon Marczewski and Michelle Bowman and her husband Ben; and several Aunts and Uncles: Melanie Smith, Gay and David Ray; and nieces, Brennan, Andie and Erin Marczewski and Juniper Bowman

Cheryl had a love of nature, animals, the beach and was a caring daughter, sister and mother. She recently found joy in word find books and painting.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday December 13,2023 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrew Presbyterian, 21206 Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502.
