Obituary of Mandy Leigh Phillips

Mandy Leigh Phillips, 37, of Lynchburg, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017. Born September 16, 1979, she was a daughter of Jean Hudnall. She was a passionate chef and a devoted friend to many. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her twin sister, Rachel Bryant and her husband, Shaun; her niece, Carmen and nephew, Carter; two special aunts, Mary Beth and Margaret Ann and a host of other family members. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Diuguid Wiggington Road Chapel from 6:30 to 8:00 P.M.
