Obituary of Tammy Bowman Mays

Tammy B. Mays 55, of Madison Heights, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. She is survived by her husband William "Roger" Mays; one daughter Rhonda Duff (Christopher): two granddaughters, Delany Arthur and Madison Godsey; her mother, Shirley Bowman; two brothers, Jeff Bowman (Elizabeth) and James Bowman (Brenda); a half-sister, Ann Larson; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Guy R. Bowman. A celebration of Tammy's life will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, September 18, 2017 at Calvary Chapel, 742 Leesville Rd. Lynchburg, VA. Relatives and friends are welcome at the Diuguid Funeral Service & Crematory Waterlick Chapel (434) 237-2722 on Sunday, September 17, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Tree of Life Cemetery, Altavista, VA.
