Obituary of Treva Delores Hudson

Mrs. Treva Dolores Hudson, 85, of Forest, Va., passed away at home on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. She was the wife of Arlen G. Hudson. Mrs. Hudson was born December 28, 1931 in Thomasville, N.C., daughter of the late Fred R. and Dolly E. Pope, and was a member of the Living Word Baptist Church on Waterlick Road. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Gary L. Hudson of Forest, Va., Danny L. O'Brien of Lynchburg, VA, and Michael E. O'Brien of High Point, N.C., plus one brother, Jimmy Pope of High Point, N.C., one sister, Gail Griffin of High Point N.C., twenty grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and one brother-in-law, Reginald Hudson. Mrs. Hudson was pre-deceased by both parents, five sisters, three brothers, and one son (Stephen C. O'Brien). The family will receive friends at Diuguid Funeral Home (21914 Timberlake Road Lynchburg, VA) on Thursday December 21, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Thursday December 21, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Diuguid Funeral Home, Timberlake Road, with the Rev. John R. Thompson officiating. Interment will be at Fort Hill Memorial Park, Lynchburg, VA on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11:00 am.
