Bob and Tootie Speake were neighbors whom you could count on to be a light in your hour of need. When Tommy and I were new parents, they came to our rescue giving us advice and lending a helping hand. Bob and Tootie visited me when I was in long term care, they uplifted my spirits. Bob and Tootie Speake were neighbors of mine when I lived in the Sunburst Hills Subdivision. They were always pleasant and would do anything to help a neighbor.
