Obituary of Kenneth Alvin Tomlin

Kenneth Alvin Tomlin, 80, of Lynchburg, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021 at his home after an extended illness. He is survived by his wife, Linda Wood Tomlin.

Born March 5, 1941 in Lynchburg he was the son of the late Alvin Smoot and Hazel Tomlin Mawyer. He was retired from the construction business.

In addition to his wife, Linda, he is survived by four step-sons: Stephen Baum (Kerry) of Bristol, TN, Davis Baum ( Elizabeth) of Williamsburg, VA, Eric Baum of Baltimore, MD and Michael Baum (Mitzi) of New  Kent, VA; one half sister, Pat Boley and thirteen  step grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. at Lynchburg Seventh Day Adventist Church with Elder Mark Stewart officiating.
