Obituary of Paulette Marie Charak

Paulette Marie Charak, 72, of Monroe, died Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Fairmont Crossing, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Paulette was a member of Timberlake United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 29 years, Robert Charak and a daughter, Lorri Charak.

She is survived by three daughters, Roberta Sonner (John), Jodi Brown (Jeff), Iris Schiller (Fred),; grandchildren, Shane (Kerri), JC, Lindsey, Connor, Tory, Dustin (Brit), Meagan (Robbie), Daniel (Marina), Logan, Skylar, Hunter, Noah, Stone; great granddaughter, Ella; three siblings, Bernard Braun (Betty), Barbara Kearney (William), and Craig Braun (Sandy). 

Paulette was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who touched many lives. She was creative, funny, and always was available to listen and give advice.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Timberlake United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Brad McMullen officiating.  Relatives and friends are welcome at the church on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the church.

The family has asked that you consider wearing Purple in honor of Paulette’s battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
